We will retain your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address that you provided to serve you better.  The Pro Arte may use your contact information to advise you of other opportunities to support the Pro Arte.  The Pro Arte will not share this information with any third parties except to process your gift.  When you make your online gift or any time afterward, you may request that the Pro Arte refrain from contacting you in the future about support opportunities by checking the appropriate box on the "Make a Gift" form or e-mailing us with this request using the "Contact Us"  option on the "Support the Pro Arte" pages.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this Web site remains available to all users, the Pro Arte computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic in order to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your ProArte.com password to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the Site and entering in the new information yourself. Generally, we will not modify your personal information based on your request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can do it by yourself through you account.
