Pro Arte E-Shop Return and Warranty Policy:
General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Pro-Arte E-Shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund unless items are special custom order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In regards of return policy for other items please see our Warranty Policy.
Product-Specific Returns Policies
Some items (as custom design paintings, murals, neon’s commercials) may have special returns policies. Those special orders that were completed with the customer's consent (item's sketch have been approved by a customer prior to its full completion) do not fall within our return policy and may not be subject of refund or return unless an error was on our side.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your original sales receipt must accompany the purchased merchandise.
All working parts of Pro Arte E-Shop as coffee mugs, t-shirts; then images on coffee mugs, t-shirts, adhesive and other labels (unless images or items were intentionally altered or damaged by a consumer); frames, neon commercial lights and its cases are guaranteed for three months from the date of delivery.
